Design and Manufacture of instruments according to customers’ specifications
In addition to our manufacturing program our engineers design fine mechanicaloptical and electronical instruments of high precision according to the specifications of our customers. The set of drawings is the basis for the subsequent serial production in our factory. The manufacture comprises the machining like turning, milling, drilling, stamping, gear cutting, grinding, dividing and engraving. Every metal cutting process is accomplished on precise machine tools and CNC machining centres.
Continous rigorous controls at every stage of manufacture ensure a high quality standard.
Following an electroplating process and a special lacquering, our instruments are assembled and adjusted. High grade testing instruments for the final check and preparation of test protocols are at our disposal.
Fine-mechanical precision parts
In addition to the manufacture of our instruments our more than 100 highly precise machine tools and CNC machining centres offer also the manufacture of special parts in accordance with individual requirements of our customers such as precision graduations on metal or optical glass, horizontal and rotary grinding including honing and lappin, precision turning on NC lathes and high quality milling.
