The Micrometer Alignment Scope serves for measuring very precise alignment lines in the aircraft construction, shipbuilding, machine-building, turbine construction, motor construction etc. Barrel dia. 2 1/4“ (57,14492 mm), made of throughly hardened, slack steel with a hardchromium, polished surface, length 233,4 mm; magnification 4x - 46x, shortest focussing distance 0,0 m, integrated x-y micrometer for the determination of deviations from the alignment line: Measuring range +/- 1,2mm, direct reading 0,02 mm, estimation 0,002 mm. Provisions for auto-collimation and auto-reflection for measurements on plane mirror are built into the instrument.
